3M Automotive Quality System Registration Certifications

- 3M’s Automotive business centers and manufacturing locations globally hold a variety of quality system registration certificates. Many of the manufacturing sites are certified to IATF 16949. Each IATF certificate identifies the site certificate scope in terms of product families and applicable remote support locations. In general, central business functions and product design occur in the corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN USA and regional business centers while manufacturing occurs globally at specific plant sites.
