3M automotive solutions literally have added efficiency built in. 3M helps streamline production through pressure-sensitive and heat-activated tapes, as well as tapes for primerless bonding without priming stations or adhesive promoters. Our robot-based 3M™ Automated Taping System (ATS) can automate manual tape application processes involving 3M™ Attachment Tapes, such as applying adhesion promoters, creating extended liner tabs and positioning cut-to-length tapes and die-cuts.

We supply our 3M™ Wheel Weight material in roll form so it can be easily cut to weight – replacing costly inventories. The 3M™ Wheel Weight System combines the conformable material with industry-leading 3M™ Automotive Attachment Tape technology for all-in-one, securely attached, balanced wheels.
