3M delivers a full selection of respiratory and skin protection products – an entire range of personal protection equipment from one source. It includes individual respirator equipment, coveralls designed to resist a range of chemical jets and sprays, and a full painters kit featuring our intrinsically safe TR800 PAPR and related equipment. 3M is happy to consult with you for PPE where you need it most during the aircraft paint stripping process.
Featuring our TR-800-PSK with Intrinsically Safe motor/blower, this kit includes all the components for immediate use. The kit includes a faceshield assembly, IS battery and charger, breathing tube and covers, particulate filters or gas and vapor combination cartridges and equipment for proper cleaning and storage.
This is the only respirator with a Scotchgard™ protected lens, which makes it possible to wipe off paints, stains and other liquids from the facepiece. A passive speaking diaphragm makes it easier to communicate and a 3M™ Cool Flow ™ Valve helps make breathing easier. You can use it with 3M particulate filters, gas/vapor cartridges and supplied air systems.
3M's lines of filters and cartridges are NIOSH approved and can be chosen for protection assistance against a range of organic vapors, acid gases and particulates. The cartridge is NIOSH approved for environments containing acid gases and non-oil and oil particulate. Use with 3M™ Half and Full Facepieces 6000, 7000 and FF-400 Series with bayonet filter holders.
3M™ Protective Coverall 4570 features a soft inner layer of spun bond fibers and multiple outer layers of heavy-duty polyethylene laminate for protecting against liquids. Two storm flaps combined with double color-coded zips create a double seal. Coverall is certified to Type 3/4/5/6 levels of protection.
