Complete the Hot Melt and PUR Applicator Return and Refurbishment Program form for defective within the stated warranty period from the date of invoice. Defective is defined as: if the product fails to operate due to defects in components or workmanship, materials or manufacture. NOTE: All submissions are subject to review. Your request will be submitted to 3M and upon approval, the applicator will be repaired or replaced by the 3M Industrial Adhesives and Tape Warranty Repair Center.

Failed within warranty": 3M warrants 3M™ Hot Melt TC, TCQ with Converter, EC, PGII with Speedloader Cartridge Feed, PG II with Magazine Feed, PGII LT with Speedloader Cartridge Feed, PG II LT with Magazine Feed applicators and preheaters, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Applicator, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Preheater 120V, and 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Cartridge Applicator Refurbished for 12 months from the date of manufacture, that the 3M product will be free of defects in material and manufacture for the respective stated periods of time, starting from the date of first sale invoice.

Should your 3M™ Hot Melt TC, TCQ with Converter, EC, PGII with Speedloader Cartridge Feed, PG II with Magazine Feed, PGII LT with Speedloader Cartridge Feed or PG II LT with Magazine Feed applicator(s), 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Applicator, 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Preheater 120V, and 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Easy 250 Cartridge Applicator Refurbished be defective within the stated 12-month warranty period, the exclusive remedy, at 3M’s option, shall be to refund the purchase price of or to repair or replace the defective 3M product.

Should your 3M Hot Melt Applicator or 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ PUR Adhesive Applicator require repair or no longer be within the warranty period, you can order replacement part kits or have your applicator repaired at the 3M Industrial Adhesives & Tapes Warranty Repair Center.
