This variable-ratio, positive rod displacement, meter-mix dispense system has dual independent-drive servo motors to accurately meter materials. The ratio is adjusted in the operator interface, and the system dispenses precision volumetric shots or bead profiles.

      Assembly applications:

      • Panel to Post
      • Small Joint Assembly
      • Mounting and Trim Attachment
      • Potting and Encapsulating
    • Video still of a working sliding a piece into the machine for coating

Rubber application roller to apply coating directly to a part passing through the machine. The coating thickness is varied by the doctor roll pressing against the applicator roll, which uses variable speed and direction capabilities to apply coatings with precise control of adhesive coating weight.

      Assembly applications:

      • Large Surface Application
    • Video still of a robot arm applying adhesive to a panel in a spiral square pattern

The Delta 8 is a flexible robotic conformal dispensing system that is ideal for potting, bead and meter-mix dispensing applications. Also features a robust overhead three-axis motion platform.

Feed Through Spray System Equipment Video

Spray booth systems are often used in high-output applications and can be customized to accommodate most part shapes and sizes. These systems can include x-y tables, robots, conveyor systems, and automated spray heads to spray adhesive for even coverage or a specified pattern across a part. With a spray booth system there is minimal operator involvement and over-spray is reduced.

      Assembly applications:

      • Large Surface Lamination
      • Gasket Attachment
