Then you should apply for the 36th annual 3M Personal Safety Division (PSD) Occupational Health and Safety Scholarship Program. This year, 3M PSD will award three scholarships in the amount of $5,000 each to outstanding students pursuing an education in a graduate occupational health and safety/industrial hygiene program at universities in the U.S.
The purpose of this program is to recognize graduate students for their high level of academic achievement, contributions to the profession, and intent to pursue careers in the discipline of Occupational Health and Safety. Scholarship awardees will be chosen by a selection committee comprised of 3M occupational health and safety professionals. Candidates will be evaluated based on academic achievement, related work experience, and professional goals. This program strives to recognize the brightest future talent through this annual award.

In addition to these scholarships, 3M PSD will provide each awardee with registration to this year’s American Industrial Hygiene Association Conference and Exposition (AIHce EXP) currently scheduled for May 23-25, 2022. This is a great educational opportunity to learn about a wide variety of topics in the field.
