This Product Advisory provides instructions for getting replacement material for certain configuration combinations. Please review carefully
 

As part of 3M Personal Safety Division’s ongoing commitment to delivering high quality personal protective equipment, we are notifying our distributor partners and end users of the following information related to 3M™ Faceshields listed in the Notice. 3M has identified that these faceshields may not secure properly into some 3M™ Headgear listed in the Notice that were manufactured between June 2022 and September 2023. Please reference the directions in the Notice to determine if you have products that are impacted by this notice. If you determine your products are impacted, please complete the intake form found in the link below.

There have been no reports of injuries, accidents, or complaints associated with this notice.
