This Stop Use & Inspect Notice provides information related to specific 3M Rebar/Positioning Lanyards. Please review carefully.

As part of 3M’s ongoing commitment to delivering high quality products, we are notifying our customers of the following information related to a supplied raw material issue on a small number of 7530T-1/4” quick links. 3M has identified variable working load limit performance in a single lot of ¼” quick links that are used on select 3M™ DBI-SALA® Rebar/Positioning Lanyards. The potentially affected materials were produced between June 1, 2024 and August 31, 2024. 3M has determined that in the event of a fall and under certain conditions, these devices may not hold the load as expected which could expose the worker to serious injury or death. There are no current reports of injuries or accidents related to these materials.
