This Product Advisory provides information related to specific fall protection for tool products. Please review carefully.
As part of 3M Fall Protection’s ongoing commitment to delivering high quality safety equipment, we are notifying our customers of the following information related to specific 3M™ Fall Protection for Tool products. During internal testing, it was discovered that some 3M™ Fall Protection for Tool products produced between December 2018 – November 2023 did not consistently meet the required performance of ANSI ISEA 121-2018 or product claim.
The products listed in the Product Advisory remain safe for use when used consistent with the rated capacity and per the Instructions for Use. There have been no reports of injuries, accidents, or complaints associated with this notice.
