3M Completes Sale of Noise, Environmental, and Heat Stress Monitoring Product Lines

3M has completed the sale of certain Personal Safety Division offerings produced at 3M’s Oconomowoc, Wis., manufacturing facility that are primarily focused on noise, environmental, and heat stress monitoring to TSI Inc., a Shoreview, Minn., based manufacturer of precision instrumentation that addresses a wide array of applications spanning research, industrial and environmental segments.
To help facilitate a smooth transfer of operations and minimize disruption, for a limited time, 3M will provide certain transition services in connection with this business.
