3M and Capital Safety Portfolio Update

3M’s recent acquisition of Capital Safety has added a comprehensive portfolio of exciting fall protection products. As part of a portfolio update, we are pleased to be combining the best of 3M’s Personal Protective Equipment with our new Capital Safety products, including harnesses, lanyards, self-retracting lifelines, engineered systems, confined space and rescue, sold under the DBI-SALA® and Protecta® brands.

3M will now transition customers from 3M branded fall protection products to DBI-SALA® and Protecta® brand products.
