At 3M, our commitment to sustainability is a key part of what drives performance across our organization. As we pursue excellence in our innovation, operations, and commercialization, we streamline and gain efficiencies throughout the enterprise.

We remain aligned around our three sustainability pillars:

In 2025, our targets and aspirations focused around carbon, water, plastics, and community volunteerism. Emphasizing these major areas helps us streamline our efforts and supports 3M’s priorities of sustained organic revenue growth, operational performance, and effective capital deployment.
