3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive DP6605NS is a black, fast-curing, low-odor, general-purpose adhesive that offers elastic joint strength and environmental resistance. Specifically, this adhesive has high flexibility and a low modulus, which helps distribute stresses more evenly and enhances overall performance. It also boasts high strength retention after aging to deliver excellent long-term reliability across a variety of applications, including automotive components, consumer devices, furniture, sporting goods, and more. Applying 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Urethane Adhesive DP6605NS is simple and forgiving. This is made possible thanks to this two-part polyurethane formula's easy-to-mix 1:1 ratio, which, when applied, offers an open time of 5–6 minutes and a fixture time of 15–20 minutes for high-efficiency component assembly. It also features a >0.5 thixotropy aspect ratio, which compensates for dimensional tolerances, while offering <1 mm bezel bonding to adapt to ultra-narrow bezel design.
