3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT0800 is an automotive trim adhesive tape that features two adhesives, one on each side of a 0.8 mm thick acrylic foam core. It is designed for robust performance even to complex contours and automotive paint surfaces.

Formulated with acrylic adhesives, 3M™ Acrylic Plus Tape PT0800 provides high adhesive build rates on automotive substrates. This product offers a single-sided silicone coating for tabbing with a secondary liner. The adhesives are designed for either metal and plastic parts or traditional automotive paint systems, providing excellent adhesion and enhancing the bond line appearance of the attached part. Its conformable, closed-cell acrylic foam core offers excellent stress relaxation under load, making it great for complex contours and automotive paint surfaces. 3M acrylic plus tape PT0800 is dark gray in color, further improving the overall bond line aesthetics.
