    Streamlined production

3M™ Structural Adhesive SA9844 is ideal for injection bonding joints, allowing for clean assemblies, quick cycle times and robust processes. It can be dispensed with commercially available dispensing systems, facilitating automation.

    Room-temperature curing

3M™ Structural Adhesive SA9844 cures fully at room temperature, to enable a reduction in energy use associated with high temp cure.
For faster curing, elevated temperatures (60–80°C) can be used depending on the cycle time and heating method. Thermal induction and local spot curing are optional and allow for geo fixing where needed.
