Designed to meet the needs of both structural firefighting and industrial SCBA users, the 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT Facepiece is the latest in the AV-series facepiece platform, providing enhanced thermal durability and voice intelligibility for added user safety.
The 3M™ Scott™ AV-3000 HT Facepiece is approved for use with the latest 3M™ Scott™ Air-Pak™ XD SCBA and 3M™ Scott™ Air-Pak™ X3 Pro SCBA models compliant to the NFPA 1970, 2025 Edition standard, and is backward compatible and certified for use with Air-Pak SCBA models certified to prior editions of the NFPA 1981 standard. The AV-3000 HT facepiece uses SureSeal technology for enhanced comfort and fit, and is approved for use with a wide range of 3M Scott industrial SCBA, supplied-air respirator, and air-purifying respirator models. The facepiece versatility helps minimize equipment inventory, simplify user training, and reduce redundant fit testing to help ensure lower cost of ownership. Available in three distinct sizes to accommodate varying facial shapes and incorporating dual voicemitters to optimize voice projection, the AV-3000 HT facepiece is compatible with multiple accessories, including the 3M™ Scott™ EPIC 3 Voice Amplifier and 3M™ Scott™ Sight In-Mask Thermal Imager.
