3M™ Cold Shrink Splice Kit QS-2000-3T and QS-2000-3T-WS Trifurcating Transition Splices are rated 15 kV. They are specially designed splice kits for connecting one 3/C Paper Insulated Lead Covered (PILC) cable to three 1/C Poly/EPR insulated cables. Splices meet the requirements of IEEE 404.

The Cold Shrink QS 2013 3T 3C splice kit is rated 15 kV. It is specially designed for connecting three conductor shielded or belted Paper Insulated Lead Covered(PILC) cable to three conductor shielded Poly/EPR insulated cables. Each kit makes one three conduct to three conductor splice. 3M™ Scotchlok™ Connector 2000T Series are recommended for use with these kits and must be ordered separately. Each kit makes one 3/C to three 1/C splice. *QS-2000-3T-WS uses wrap around heat shrink rejacketing. Note: Cable sizes shown below are for standard insulation thickness. Final determining factor is cable insulation O.D.
