3M™ Thermally Conductive Acrylic Interface Pad 5571 is a thermal interface material designed to provide a heat transfer path from heat-generating components to a cooling device (e.g., aluminum plate or heat sink) to improve device reliability and component lifespan. This product can be used for different applications including EV battery thermal management and more.
A single-layer product, 3M thermally conductive acrylic interface pad 5571 is a slightly tacky acrylic elastomer sheet with a conductive ceramic filler. It is moderately conformable to uneven substrates, helping fill gaps for improved thermal performance. It is a medium-soft pad with high thermal conductivity of 2.1 W/m-K (3M test method).
