    Our manufacturing processes allow 10B enrichment exceeding 96% isotopic purity, and overall chemical purity >99.9. We are a marketplace leader in supplying 10B - 3M™ 10B Enriched Boron - helping our customers manage their fuel control and storage, potentially reducing their operational radiation exposure, extending their fuel burn time and helping reduce the intensity of duration of emergency shutdowns, as well as for neutron detection and helping streamline waste management. We are also a reliable source for solutions such as 3M™ 10B Enriched Boric Acid to help customers control nuclear reaction rates and balance their heat output, and 3M™ 11B Enriched Boron compounds for specific neutron reflective properties.

  • Non-enriched, boron-specific neutron-absorbing solutions include 3M™ Advanced Metal Matrix Composites (AMMC) – highly dense, minimally porous materials featuring excellent clad-to-core bonding and dramatically lower water absorption vs. previous generation of 3M Boral composites.
