3M™ Tape 1218 is an electrical tape that's suitable for high temperature, electrical applications that require thin, insulating material for wrapping capacitors, coils and harnesses. This tape has a polyimide film backing that offers exceptional heat and solvent resistance. This tape is 600V rated and withstands temperatures up to 356 °F (180 °C).

3M™ Polyimide Film Electrical Tape 1218 has a pressure sensitive, acrylic adhesive that provides high bonding strength and durability. It is suitable for use as a cover layer material for many flexible, printed circuits. UL Listed and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
