3M™ Scotchkote™ FBE Coating 206N is a one-part, heat curable, thermosetting epoxy coating designed for corrosion protection of metal. It can be custom applied to protect pipelines (external and internal) and a variety of infrastructure components from corrosion.

3M™ Scotchkote™ 206N Fluid Bed Grade Fusion-Bonded Epoxy (FBE) coatings are widely available for protecting pipelines (external and internal) and reinforcing steel water and wastewater infrastructure from corrosion. Typically applied by fluid bed dip, these coatings can also be custom applied to a variety of infrastructure components, including valves, pumps, tapping saddles, pipe appurtenances, manifolds, sewage aerators, tanks, pipe hangars, ladders, hydrants, cast iron risers and flow meters. Scotchkote FBE Coating 206N is available in four different formulations to provide the excellent coverage in various processes: Standard, Long Gel and Extra Long Gel format provide product gel and flow characteristics to produce a smooth, continuous coating with high edge coverage. The Fluid Bed Grade (FBG) format enables even dispersion of product and optimum fluidization in the largest of fluid beds.
