A - 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator TC/TC-Q
The comfortable, efficient design combines our previous TC and Quadrack models. Our low (PDF, 939 Kb) and regular (PDF, 951 Kb) temperature versions of the TC/TC-Q applicators feature a self-regulating heater. The low temperature operates at a temperature of 265°F/129°C and our regular temperature operates at a temperature of 380°F /193°C.
B - 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator AE GEN II
The comfortable, efficient design of our 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator AE GEN II applicator in regular and low-temperature versions to ensure you can utilize our various adhesives. This applicator delivers high quality and cost-efficiency.
C - 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II LT with Magazine Feed
A low temperature, high volume applicator that operates at a fixed temperature of 265°F/129°C. Applicator PG II LT is designed for use with low melt 1" x 3" PG sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 6 pounds of adhesive per hour. Applicator includes magazine feed, stand and 9921, 9946 brass tips.
D - 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator PG II Speedloader Cartridge Feed
A pneumatic high volume dispenser that operates at a fixed temperature of 385°F/196°C. Applicator is designed for use with 1" x 3" PG sticks and is capable of dispensing up to 7.5 pounds of adhesive per hour. As the Speedloader chamber runs low, it emits a whistling sound. The piston can be retracted and adhesive glue sticks loaded into the chamber to keep production flowing. Applicator includes stand and 9921 and 9946 brass tips.
E - 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator EC GEN II
The comfortable, efficient design of our new 3M™ Hot Melt Applicator EC - GEN II uses electronic temperature control, enabling you to utilize regular and low-temp hot melt adhesives with one convenient applicator. This new applicator delivers high quality and efficiency with a new and improved ergonomic design.
Understanding Hot Melts
Hot melts extrude as 100% solid liquefied thermoplastic resins to fill gaps and wet surfaces before setting. They often exceed 100 psi shear strength, bond many substrates and are available in a variety of strengths, temperatures and open time/bonding ranges.
Please go to 3M.com/refurb to fill out a form to accompany any defective applicator to the 3M IATD Warranty Repair Center. Defective applicator must be returned to obtain refurbished one.
