Scotch-Brite™ Precision Surface Conditioning Discs: Tough enough for heavy-duty use, enhanced edge durability, extended disc life, and consistent performance.

Utilizing re-engineered 3M Precision-Shaped Grain technology, these abrasives feature sharp, angular structures that continuously fracture to form new sharp points, ensuring even wear, cool operation, and optimized mineral breakdown. Combined with the Scotch-Brite™ difference, where fibers and sharp abrasive particles are bound together in an open, three-dimensional structure, this allows fresh abrasive to be exposed as the disc wears, resulting in longer life and consistent performance.

These abrasives are designed to deliver more parts completed per disc, it reduces abrasive waste and minimizes changeouts or downtime, keeping you productive. High Performance: Scotch-Brite Precision Heavy Duty grade XXCRS (60+) lasts 2X longer on mild steel and finishes 3X more on mild steel parts compared to competitive premium nonwoven abraives - while offering edge durability and shape retention during edge wear. (based on 3M internal testing)
