3M™ Laminating Adhesive 932FL features a weather- and chemical-resistant acrylic adhesive formulated for smooth and HSE surfaces. PCK secondary liner provides moisture stability even in high humidity.

Formulated for Smooth and High Surface Energy Substrates
Excellent for applications such as back printed graphic overlays, our 3M™ Laminating Adhesive 932FL features a 2 mil utility acrylic adhesive formulated for smooth surfaces including metals and high surface energy plastics. This adhesive can hold up for short periods at temperatures up to 300°F (149°C) and for intermittent longer periods at up to 250°F (121° C). It maintains a strong bond under UV and high humidity, and resists exposure to chemicals such as gasoline, oil, mild acids and alkalis.

The adhesive is applied to a 3 mil polyethylene (PET) film liner that resists breakage and adds stability during adhesive lamination. The clear liner allows users to inspect parts, surfaces and placement before liner removal for precise application. A 3 mil, 58-lb. poly-coated kraft paper secondary liner removes smoothly and provides moisture stability during storage even under humid conditions.

Recommended Applications

  • Lamination to back printed polycarbonate or polyester graphic overlay materials
  • Bonding nameplates and decorative trim
  • Bonding metals and high surface energy plastics

Double-linered 3M™ Laminating Adhesive 932FL is suitable for die-cutting and kiss-cutting. It can also be roll laminated using a rubber over steel roll set up with moderate application pressure.
