3M™ Secure Click™ Hard Case D9000 Series Particulate Filters are approved for use with 3M™ Secure Click™ Respirators in environments containing certain particles.

When certain airborne particulates are present in the work environment in addition to certain vapors or acid gases, a particulate filter may be required. Use the 3M Secure Click Particulate Filter P95 D7P71 to add particulate protection to 3M Secure Click Cartridges D8000 Series. Common uses of D7P71 particulate filters include filtering solids such as those from processing minerals, coal, iron ore, cotton, flour, and certain other substances. It may also be used for liquid or non-oil based particles from sprays that do not also emit harmful vapors and for metal fumes produced from welding, brazing, cutting and other operations involving heating of metals. The D7N11 is not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH), sandblasting, or in environments that contain asbestos.

Change your 3M Secure Click N95 Particulate Filters D7N11 if they become dirty, damaged, or difficult to breathe through. If used in environments containing only oil aerosols, replace the filters after 40 hours of use or 30 days, whichever is first. 3M offers a free online tool to help you select the appropriate respirators, cartridges, and filters for your workplace respiratory hazards and contaminants. 3M Select and Service Life Software (www.3M.com/sls) contains more than 700 different chemicals and provides documentation of your choices.
