Superior Cold Weather Joint Closure
3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapor Barrier Tape 1555CW/W is a 3-ply laminate croygenic vapor barrier tape made with white polypropylene, aluminum foil and polyester film coated with a cold weather acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on both sides. It offers superior resistance to weathering, mold, UV and extreme environmental conditions. This multi-layered laminate tape is designed to provide zero permeability and act as a vapor barrier for seaming and vapor barrier joint closure systems. In addition, the polyester coating on both sides of the laminate helps prevent the formation of pinholes in the tape. This tape is puncture and tear resistant. The backing is flexible to conform to curved or irregular surfaces with ease. 3M™ Venture Tape™ Cryogenic Vapor Barrier Tape 1555CW/W is mounted on a release liner for ease of use and to help preserve the adhesive until application.

Recommended Applications

  • Low temperature vapor barrier joint closure applications

Performs over a Broad Range of Temperatures – Including Extreme Lows
