3M™ Scotch-Seal™ Tamper Proof Sealant 1252 is a fast-drying, anti-tamper sealer that is fire retardant. The sealant is tack-free 20 seconds after application allowing you to keep operations moving quickly and smoothly.
Fast drying, anti-tamper sealer which is fire retardant
3M™ Scotch-Seal™ Tamper Proof Sealant (PDF, 1.74 Mb) can be applied over adjustable or removable parts to indicate changes, adjustments, tampering or any type of unwanted meddling. When the part is altered, a clear, observable break in the seal shows that someone has made unauthorized adjustments to the parts.

Resists Oil, Gasoline, Water, Jet Fuel and Fungus
The exposed surfaces will accept ink from an inspector's approval stamp and can be marked as soon as 20 seconds after the sealer application for fast tack-free usability. Application of our 3M™ Scotch-Seal™ Tamper Proof Sealant is simple and straightforward; just extrude from the collapsible metal tube onto a clean, dry and dust-free surface. This product also provides resistance to oil, gasoline, water, jet fuel and fungus.
