3M™ Flexile Acoustic Material FAB/SF Series leverages the innovative 3M Flexile Acoustic Material (FAM) technology and microfiber technology to offer acoustic performance beginning at 200 Hz.

3M™ Flexile Acoustic Material FAB/SF Series is a decoupled product that offers acoustic performance beginning at 200 Hz. 3M FAB/SF is made from various thicknesses and weights of 3M FAB Series and Thinsulate SF Series. Current products include: 3M FAB0310/SF200L, 3M FAB0910/SF400L, 3M FAB0910/SF200L, 3M FAB0910/SF300L.

High acoustic performance

3M FAB/SF Series provides high performance across a broad range of frequencies (beginning at 200 Hz) and good noise management when cutouts and pass throughs are present. 3M FAB0910/SF400L has the highest acoustic performance of the products, making it excellent for low frequency noise control.

When design flexibility is a concern, 3M FAB0310/SF200L, our thinnest product, addresses difficult to treat frequencies without sacrificing performance.

3M FAB/SF Series could be used in interior or exterior applications.
