3M FAB0610 combines multiple NVH acoustic properties in a single, non-molded material. It can potentially eliminate molding steps – and the costs associated with molding – for an overall lightweight system solution. 3M FAB0610 offers the opportunity to replace multi-layer NVH solutions, such as, EVA and foam, with a single layer material.

3M FAB0610 provides excellent acoustic performance at 800 Hz and above. By addressing this difficult to treat range, we help OEMs meet NVH requirements and increase passenger comfort by decreasing tire and road noise.

At only 10 mm, 3M FAB0310 is excellent for use in applications with limited space – allowing you more flexibility in your designs and the potential to increase cabin space. Our material is lighter weight than most typical barriers, which can help increase fuel/range efficiency.
