3M™ Contrast Enhancement Film CEF19XX Series is a low Dk optically clear adhesive offering excellent clarity and proven adhesion to various transparent display substrates. 3M film CEF19XX is for applications that require low dielectric constant for direct LCM bonding, ITO compatibility and high adhesion. 3M film CEF19XX is UV curable.

3M™ Optically Clear Adhesives (OCA) are highly specialized optically clear free-film adhesives offering excellent clarity and proven adhesion to various types of transparent substrates. 3M OCAs are easy to convert and are virtually contaminant-free, resulting in improved bubble resistance in lamination exposed to high temperature and high humidity. Common application example is display bonding.
