3M™ OEM Match Ripple Tips help technicians replicate the appearance of textured OEM seam sealers that were robotically applied at the factory. Available in two styles, they fit a wide variety of 1-part and 2-part seam sealers.

The 3M™ OEM Match Ripple Tip allows technicians to replicate multiple textured OEM seam sealer shapes including caterpillar and lasagna beads quickly and with less effort. Technicians can adjust the width, texture, and height of the bead by turning the nozzle and adjusting air pressure during application. The slot size, coupled with the viscosity of compatible 3M™ Seam Sealers allows for better replication of OEM seam sealer appearances. The Ripple Tip can replicate multiple textures like a caterpillar and lasagna bead to aid technicians to quickly match OEM seams on lower ¼ panel extensions, floors, body panel, frame rails, fire walls, strut towers, and floor panel 3M™ OEM Match Ripple Tip helps technicians replicate the appearance of OEM seam sealers that were robotically-applied at the factory.
