3M™ Interam™ Mat Mount 850HT is cost effective, high temperature performance substrate mounting system that is suitable for use on a wide range of gasoline applications (i.e. manifold-mounted, close-coupled, underbody, and particulate filter). It is designed to have improved canning assembly process properties.

Intumescent Single Layer Mat Solution for A Range of Emission Control Designs
A flexible intumescent mat supplied in a single piece configuration, Interam Mat Mount 850HT is designed to be a cost-effective, high-performance alternative to non-intumescent mat mounts. This high-performance mat features reduced thicknesses to help improve canning assembly process properties and is has excellent resiliency and substrate retention.

Interam Mat Mount 850HT is suitable for a wide range of gasoline applications. The single part construction mat performs well in systems with larger mounting gaps (5.0-8.0mm).
