3M™ Cubitron™ II PSA Cloth Disc 784F is the most durable 3M PSA disc for heavy-duty sanding on common fabricated metals. It features 3M Precision-Shaped Grain, this disc delivers longer life and a faster, more consistent cut than aluminum oxide discs.

Get your job done faster with 3M Precision-Shaped Grain.
These precisely shaped, uniformly sized triangles of ceramic aluminum oxide are designed to fracture and self-sharpen as they wear, continuously forming new, super-sharp points and edges that slice cleanly through metal like a knife. This prevents heat from building up — helping to reduce heat-related stress cracks and discoloration. Additionally, because the abrasive itself stays cooler and sharper, disc life can increase significantly compared to other ceramic discs.

PSA backing makes for easy disc changes.
3M™ Cubitron™ II PSA Cloth Disc 784F features a high-strength pressure sensitive adhesive attachment system, which is a good choice for high heat and medium-to-high-pressure sanding applications. Convenient liners reduce contamination of the adhesive, maximizing adherence to the disc pad. When the operator is finished with the disc, it peels off cleanly, leaving the disc pad ready for a new disc.
