3M™ Trizact™ Diamond Edge Finishing Sheet 678XAEL

3M™ Trizact™ Polishing Sheet 678XAEL is used to make edge finishing tools that polish cover glass for electronic devices such as smartphones and smartwatches. The film sheet is comprised of diamond abrasives with adhesive backing, and it’s specially formulated for longer life.

3M Trizact abrasives help remove defects caused by grinding. These sheets contain multiple layers of mineral and as the pyramid-like structures wear, fresh, sharp mineral is constantly exposed to the workpiece. This results in faster, more consistent cutting throughout the life of the abrasive. The sheets also offer slurry-free polishing that requires only water-based coolant. Because the polishing process is diamond-based, the sheets perform highly efficiently. Plus, their flexible shape enables them to conform to a variety of tools, making them easy to tailor for each polishing application.
