When used with approved 3M™ Secure Click™ Cartridges and Filters, they help protect against particulates and/or a wide variety of gases and vapors. Intuitive, comfortable and reliable. The 3M™ Secure Click™ Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-800 Series helps protect against particulates and/or a wide variety of gases and vapors when used with approved 3M Secure Click filters and cartridges. This facepiece comes with many innovative features that make it 3M’s next generation in comfort, breathability and simplicity. The FF-800 Series comes with a push button seal check, allowing users to conduct a negative pressure seal check easily and quickly, prior to each use. The push button seal check provides increased worker confidence that the respirator is being worn properly. The speaking diaphragm is designed to help provide easy communication. The respirator features a silicone faceseal for added comfort. The large lens meets ANSI/ISEA Z87.1-2015 standard for eye and face protection. The head harness features a six-strap configuration for a secure fit. The comfort cradle helps make respirator donning easier and can help position the respirator more comfortably on the head, reducing pressure points and hair pulling. Exhalation valve helps direct exhaled breath and moisture downward.
The 3M Secure Click Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-800 Series is NIOSH-approved for use with 3M Secure Click style cartridges and filters. This Secure Click connection style enables a quick, simple connection of the filters and/or cartridges. Simply align the connections on the facepiece to the cartridges and/or filters and push until you hear a click. The innovative Secure Click connection provides wearers confidence that filters and cartridges are installed properly. Also, the Secure Click cartridges are dual-flow to allow easy breathing. Two dual-flow cartridges on each respirator combine to create the world’s first quad-flow cartridge system with four airflow paths providing breathability and comfort.
Breathing hazardous levels of particles, gases and vapors can be harmful to your health. The 3M Secure Click Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-800 Series can help reduce exposure to many contaminants when properly fitted and used with approved 3M Secure Click filters and/or cartridges. When properly fitted and used with approved 3M filters and/or cartridges, this Full facepiece air-purifying respirator has an OSHA assigned protection factor (APF) of 50 when quantitatively fit tested.
Recommended applications include assembly, chemical clean-up, chemical handling, chipping, chiseling, cleaning, furnace operations, grinding, machining, masonry, painting, pouring/casting, sanding and sawing. Industries in which this facepiece may be used include heavy manufacturing, oil and gas, specialty chemicals, mining, transportation, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, and primary metals.
