Get more application control of heavy or texture coatings with the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun H/O Conversion Pack for the 3M™ Performance Spray Gun. When used with a PPS™ Series 2.0 Type H/O Pressure Cup, this upgrade lets technicians spray thick, high-viscosity coatings with better control of texture, pattern size, and delivery rate than aerosol cans and Schutz guns.
This easy-to-install H/O Conversion Pack adds an air-pressure port to our 3M™ Performance Spray Gun which is required to support 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Type H/O Pressure Cups – delivering high-viscosity coatings with better control of texture, pattern size, and delivery rate than aerosol cans and Body Schutz guns.
Cleanup is simple. Simply discard the lid and liner or use the sealing plug to seal and protect the coating for later use. With quick-change replaceable atomizing, coatings never pass through the body of the spray gun. Twist the locking collar, remove the atomizing head, and wipe the needle clean.
Control valve allows user to turn off pressure feed for feed or traditional gravity cup applications.
Our 3M™ PPS™ Series 2.0 Type H/O Pressure Cup comes in two sizes, 13.5-ounce Midi and 28-ounce Large. They use air pressure between the hard cup walls and the collapsible 3M™ PPS™ liner to make high-viscosity fluids flow more smoothly and atomize more completely. Like all PPS, when the spraying is done, the liner can be thrown away and the atomizing head either replaced or cleaned for the next use. Uses 3M™ Performance Gravity Atomizing Heads.
