3M™ Optically Clear Adhesive 8171CL and 8172CL are for use on moisture-containing plastic substrates (e.g. PMMA, PC) with improved resistance to bubbles caused by substrate outgassing under higher temperature and humidity conditions. Available at 1 and 2 mils thick.

3M™ Optically Clear Adhesives (OCA) are highly specialized optically clear, free-film adhesives offering excellent clarity and proven adhesion to various types of transparent substrates. 3M OCAs are easy to convert and are virtually contaminant-free, resulting in improved bubble resistance in lamination exposed to high temperature and high humidity.
