3M™ Evaporation Boat Trimet is a three-component evaporation boat made of 3M™ Titanium Diboride, 3M™ Boron Nitride and 3M™ Aluminum Nitride. It can be used on all generations of vacuum coaters and is very easy to handle – even for inexperienced operators.
