3M™ Scrim Reinforced Adhesive Transfer Tape 97053 is designed specifically for tough bonding applications. It features an aggressive 2.5 mil acrylic adhesive that delivers aggressive quick stick and a permanent bond to plastics, metals, nonwovens, felts and foams. A thin, durable scrim reinforcement adds stability for handling.

Designed specifically for difficult bonding applications, our 3M™ Scrim Reinforced Adhesive Transfer Tape 97053 features an aggressive, high tack acrylic adhesive with a durable scrim reinforcement which adds strength This 2.5 mil adhesive delivers high peel performance and permanently bonds to a wide range of substrates including plastics, metals, nonwovens, felts and foams.

3M™ Scrim Reinforced Adhesive Transfer Tape 97053 features a 50 lb. glassine liner.

What is Adhesive Transfer Tape?
In general, 3M adhesive transfer tapes are rolls of pressure sensitive adhesive pre-applied to a special release liner. Scrim reinforced adhesive transfer tapes have added stability. For application the tape is positioned adhesive side down to a surface and the liner is removed, exposing the backside adhesive to the joining surface.
