The 3M™ Hookit™ Blue Abrasive Sheet Rolls 321U delivers best-in-class performance at every stage of paint prep and coatings removal. Premium aluminum oxide mineral is blended with ceramic grain for a full range of sanding applications. A specially-designed multi-hole pattern captures dust, reduces loading and extends sheet life. Perforated Hookit™ sheets are easily sized to reduce product waste.

Part of our full line of 3M™ Blue Abrasives, the 3M™ Hookit™ Blue Abrasive Sheet Rolls is engineered for best-in-class cut, life and efficiency across your entire shop. The sheet roll features a tough ceramic blended with premium aluminum oxide mineral that provides just the right balance. 3M™ Blue Abrasives deliver consistently excellent results in a minimum amount of time, on jobs ranging from aggressive paint removal and fresh filler sanding to blend preparation and sanding primer. The 3M™ Hookit™ Blue Abrasive Sheet Rolls is bonded using upgraded resins for enhanced durability. Sheet rolls are available in a wide range of grades. The sheets are perforated, which makes it easy to choose desired lengths for hand files or blocks without fold-over for reduced product waste.
Dust Extraction Features Enhance Abrasive Life
The multi-hole pattern on this sheet roll is specially designed to capture dust and keep it away from the abrasive surface. This specially-designed hole pattern reduces loading and extracts dust more efficiently compared to standard hole configurations. An anti-loading coating across the abrasive surface helps keep dust from gathering between the abrasive grains for a faster cut and for consistent performance throughout the life of the sheet.
Our Hookit™ Attachment System
The Hookit™ attachment system has a hook-and-loop feature which makes sheet attachment, removal, and re-attachment clean and easy. It also facilitates use and re-use of the sheet for maximum product life. Hookit™ sheets have a brushed nylon loop backing of the type most commonly used in everyday hook-and-loop applications. A range of Hookit™ file boards and blocks, such as the 3M™ Hookit™ Sanding Block Dust Free PN 05208 or 3M™ Hookit™ Hand Block PN 05741 (both sold separately), feature hooks which grip the brushed nylon loop backing. It’s simple: just attach the sheet and start sanding. The sheet removes just as cleanly and easily. The Hookit™ system is designed for work spaces and applications where adhesive backed abrasives may become contaminated by dust, dirt, or debris.
