3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic Granules FEP FLEX6309Z is a fully fluorinated copolymer combining higher extrusion speeds with greatly enhanced flex life properties compared to non-flex FEP grades. Belonging to the FEP product class, it features a fully fluorinated polymer structure which helps provide thermal stability, low dielectric loss, and extremely low flammability.

Properties and Applications
3M™ Dyneon™ Fluoroplastic Granules FEP FLEX6309Z is typically used for lay-flat tubing, films and electrical wire insulation due to its enhanced flex life and excellent dielectric properties. It is capable of higher extrusion speeds when compared to standard FEP grades with similar flex endurance, and has a wide processing window, which makes it easy to process. Other notable features include extremely low flammability, high thermal stability and excellent non-stick release properties.
