The 3M™ Accuspray™ Regulator and Air Flow Control Valve is a vital component for the Accuspray™ HVLP spray gun system. For use with any 3M™ Accuspray™ spray gun, it allows technicians to set and adjust air flow for each specific paint application, maximizing paint quality and cost savings. It can also be used with other spray guns or equipment requiring air pressure control, such as stone chip applicators.

Easy, Fast HVLP Air Pressure Control
As one simple unit that allows you to easily set and adjust HVLP air pressure, our 3M™ Accuspray™ Regulator and Air Flow Control Valve is a vital part of our Accuspray™ paint application system. This regulator and control valve in one helps ensure that operators are applying paint and other auto body materials at the optimal air pressures, greatly reducing excessive orange peel and other common causes of increased sanding and rework. With a simple twist, you can set operating air pressures for the proper flows during first stage or full trigger application and easily adjust for factors including fluid viscosity, temperature, atomizing head size and more. It makes for better consistency across jobs, too, since operators can record the readings used on one application and use them again on other, similar jobs.

The Regulator and Air Flow Control Valve features single knob operation, a clear, easy-to-read gauge and secure fittings for quick integration onto a 3M Accuspray™ spray gun and into the Accuspray™ system. It can also be used on non- Accuspray™ spray guns and equipment such as stone chip applicators where adjustable air pressure is important.

A Spray System That Pays Off
The 3M™ Accuspray™ Regulator and Air Control Valve works with our 3M Accuspray™ System, the equivalent of having a brand new primer gun on demand. The unit maximizes air flow through replaceable atomizing heads to deliver the ideal usable pattern and very low overspray. These atomizing heads are clear so it's easy to see when the head is clean, and the spray guns perform like new every time the atomizing head is replaced — the equivalent of a new spray gun, at a fraction of the cost. The benefits include reduced primer consumption, lower application time and less time for cleanup, plus a better finish which results in less sanding time. The end result: cleaner, more productive, more profitable collision repair operations.
