3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Adhesive EC-4419 is a fire retardant, synthetic, rubber based adhesive designed for bonding gaskets in aircraft interiors and for attachment of de-icing boots. This unique formulation is designed with a thick viscosity in order to ensure easy application by brush or flow gun.

Fire Retardant and Easy to Apply
Specialized applications require specific tools to get the job done right. 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Adhesive EC-4419 is one such tool. It provides a fire retardant adhesive for bonding gaskets in aircraft interiors and for the attachment of de-icing boots. Because this is a medium grade viscosity adhesive it is ideal for many brush and flow application procedures. Comprised of a synthetic rubber, this adhesive bonds rapidly and adheres to a wide selection of substrates. It has excellent resistance to most fuels, chemicals and oils. Once fully cured, the adhesive features a strong, aggressive and flexible bond that adapts well across a range of environmental conditions.
