3M™ Polyurethane Protective Tape 8664NA is a matte black, 6 mil, leading edge erosion protection film designed to be co-cured with composite materials or be bonded to substrates using a structural adhesive. It resists minor punctures, tearing and abrasion. This film is qualified to aerospace specifications.

3M™ Polyurethane Protective Tape 8664NA is a transparent thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer film designed to provide premium leading edge erosion protection. With minor scratch, tear, erosion and puncture resistance that comes from the polyurethane backing, this film also includes a high shear strength. It can withstand a wide variety of difficult conditions, including rain and sand erosion. The 8664NA can be applied efficiently in aircraft and rotorcraft production and maintenance.
