Our 3M™ Aerospace Sealant AC-770 is a family of Class B, manganese dioxide cured polysulfide sealants formulated for easy tooling. Their fast cure time and low density contribute to faster process times and lighter aircraft. These two-component sealants have outstanding resistance to jet fuel, chemicals and petroleum products common throughout the aerospace industry.

A Sealant Triple Play — Flexible, Strong, and Time Saving
3M™ Aerospace Sealant AC-770 Class B is a two-component thixotropic paste and is lighter than traditional sealants, weighing an average of 3—4 lbs. less per gallon. AC-770 maintains flexibility and bond strength on various substrates under extremes of temperature, weathering, and stress. It is easily applied by extrusion, injection gun or spatula, and exhibits superb tooling properties. Our Class B sealant has no added solvents, which minimizes shrinkage to help reduce rework and improve processes.
