Specifically Designed for Rotor Surface Conditioning
Featuring 12 premium 120 grit abrasive discs, our 3M™ Roloc™ Brake Rotor Surface Conditioning Disc Refill Pack is designed to create smooth, non-directional scratch patterns on brake rotor surfaces after they've been turned on a lathe. These discs remove rust, transfer film and other potential contaminants, allowing for a smooth interaction with brake pads and hubs. Properly conditioned rotors help limit comebacks due to squealing, chatter and brake judder.

The refill pack supplements our 3M™ Roloc™ Brake Rotor Surface Conditioning Disc Startup Pack, which includes a reusable disc pad for support and to adapt to a variety of grinding and other power tools. Together, the discs and the disc pad feature fast, easy Roloc™ attachment.

Hard, Tough and Sharp Abrasive Discs
Small and powerful 3"diamater. 3M™ Roloc™ discs feature our fastest cutting, longest lasting abrasive, which saves labor costs and improves the quality of your collision repair jobs. Aluminum oxide is popular among collision repair professionals because of its fast cut-rate and long life. Aluminum oxide is suitable for a wide variety of metalworking materials including ferrous and aluminum alloys. These discs grind and sand faster to improve technician productivity and reduce labor costs, and the consistent finish reduces rework.

Our Roloc™ Attachment System
3M™ Roloc™ discs feature a threaded design that lets you easily and quickly attach them to a disc pad (included with the starter pack) on a variety of grinders and power tools. Conveniently change the discs with a simple twist-off, twist-on motion, swapping from one disc to the next in seconds to save time and labor costs. The Roloc™ system provides a solid and secure attachment even during heavy-duty grinding.

Better Science from 3M
This refill pack is another example of how 3M applies science to the lives of collision repair specialists. Performance abrasive discs specifically designed for surface conditioning of brake rotors adapt quickly to a variety of power tools, and change with a convenient twist-on, twist-off motion — saving time and money on some of the most critical jobs in auto care and collision repair.
