3M™ Scotchlok™ Vinyl Insulated Butted Seam Female Disconnect has dents and rolled edges to offer superior holding force while allowing for quick and easy disconnect. The terminal has a vinyl-insulated, butted-seam barrel and withstands temperatures of -40 to 221 degrees F (-40 to 105 degrees C). Its durable brass construction offers good conductivity and a tin-plated finish resists corrosion.
3M™ Scotchlok™ Vinyl Insulated Butted Seam Female Disconnect attaches to the mating part with a tongue that slips over the male tab. It has a butted-seam barrel that is covered by a funnel-designed, rigid-molded, polyvinyl chloride sleeve which serves to guide the wire into position. The polyvinyl chloride sleeve provides electrical contacts and mechanical stress relief at the point of insulation. The vinyl-sleeve insulation is abrasion-resistant and flared to ensure easy crimping. UL Listed, CSA Certified and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
