3M™ Full Facepiece Respirator 7800S Series offers respiratory protection in multiple industries including those requiring tight space welding when used with the 3M™ Clip-on Welding Shield Kit 7990. Features include a six-strap head harness, silicone faceseal and optional 3M™ Clip-on Welding Shield Kit. The 7800S series is designed to protect from certain airborne contaminants when used with 3M™ bayonet-style filters and cartridges.

The 7800S Series lens provides a clear field of vision, and meets the requirements of ANSI Z87.1-2003 standard for eye and face protection. This respirator is designed with a durable silicone facepiece, double-flange faceseal and an adjustable six-strap head harness that provides a comfortable and secure fit. The optional 3M™ Clip-on Welding Shield Kit 7990 is an available accessory for workers who perform tight space or occasional welding. 7800S Series respirators are constructed for durability and are designed to be easy to clean and maintain. Connects with all 3M™ bayonet-style 2000, 5000 and 7000 Series filters and 6000 Series cartridges and can be used with certain 3M™ Powered and Supplied Air Systems for increased convenience and flexibility including TR-600 and TR-800 PAPRs and dual airline supplied air systems making it a go-to choice for health and safety managers.
