3M™ CeQUINBORD CGA Insulating Board is an inorganic based board that is specially designed for electrical insulation applications rated up to Class 220(R). This board is made of pure paper that offers maximum resistance to flames. This insulating board withstands temperatures over 482 degrees (250 °C). It meets both 94V 0 and 94 5VA flame class ratings.
3M™ CeQUINBORD CGA Insulating Board is composed primarily of glass fibers and microfibers, inorganic fillers and less than 10% organic binders. The dielectric and thermally stabilized board helps to dissipate heat build up in electrical equipment. It is used in spiral and convolute wound tubing, traction motors, generators, switchgears and flame barrier applications for home appliances. This insulating board comes with less moisture absorption capacity, thereby requiring less drying time prior to saturation. It is suitable for Class 220(R) electrical insulation systems and 3M UL Recognized Insulation Systems may be found in UL File No. 65007. REACH Compliant and RoHS 2011/65/EU Compliant.
