3M™ Scotchlite™ Reflective Material – Reflective Tape / Pressure Sensitive Adhesive (PSA) Films are composed of wide angle, exposed retroreflective lenses bonded to an adhesive. They are easy to apply to rigid substrates - simply peel and stick. PSA films may be hand-cut, die-cut or kiss-cut, and may be screen printed. Permanent adhesion to washable garments, however, is not recommended. Marking films are PSA films with an additional fabric scrim for use on helmets and rigid surfaces.
